About the Role

 

Centrix Control Solutions LP is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Edmonton team. In this role, you will work closely with our Technical (Outside) Sales Representatives and internal teams to drive product sales by delivering exceptional service and technical support to our customers. Responsibilities include providing product information, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery. This position plays a key role in supporting our customer base across Western Canada and requires a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Here's a Snapshot of How You'll Contribute to Our Team

  • Analyze customer-provided process information to assess product suitability.
  • Troubleshoot product performance and provide recommendations to enhance results.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer service teams to develop accurate and timely technical proposals.
  • Prepare cost estimates and generate competitive, value-driven quotations.
  • Partner with Account Managers and the Inside Sales team to deliver strategic, solution-based offerings.
  • Manage the full sales order cycle, including order entry and processing in our ERP system.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
  • Communicate with professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Always adhere to Centrix Control Solutions’ safety policies and procedures.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A post-secondary education in Engineering or a Technology Diploma—considered a strong asset.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related technical or industrial field.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in a technical or industrial environment, is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Control Valves, Relief Valves, or Custody Transfer Measurement technologies is a definite plus.
  • A self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values collaboration, accuracy, and continuous learning
